In this paper we prove the existence and uniqueness of a weak solution for a dynamic electo-viscoelastic problem that describes a contact between a body and a foundation. We assume the body is made from thermoviscoelastic material and consider nonmonotone boundary conditions for the contact. We use recent results from the theory of hemivariational inequalities and the fixed point theory.  相似文献

The approach for ripple nanopattern construction on surface of two polymer substrates [polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) and polystyrene (PS)] exposed by a KrF pulse excimer UV laser through a contact lithographic mask with circular slit was proposed in this paper. Thin layer of gold was deposited on samples after the laser treatment. Changes in the morphology of the surface of both the shielded and exposed areas of the substrates, as well as the dimensions of the laser‐induced periodic surface structures, were determined (by atomic force microscopy, laser confocal microscopy and scanning electron microscopy), compared with observations and measurements made on samples treated directly (without a contact mask) under the same conditions. The morphology of the interface between the treated and untreated regions was also closely studied. Surface chemistry of treated samples was studied in detail by X‐ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy. The detailed study of surface chemistry of modified PEN and PS revealed a significant increase of oxygen concentration for laser treated PS and increase of carboxyl groups in case of PEN. Fluorescent molecular rotors have been used for measurements of local mobility on molecular length scales, for example to determine viscosity, and for the visualization of contact between two surfaces. In the present work, we deepen our insight into the excited-state deactivation kinetics and mechanics of dicyanodihydrofuran-based molecular rotors. We extend the scope of the use of this class of rotors for contact sensing with a red-shifted member of the family. This allows for contact detection with a range of excitation wavelengths up to ∼600 nm. Steady-state fluorescence shows that the fluorescence quantum yield of these rotors depends not only on the rigidity of their environment, but – under certain conditions – also on its polarity. While excited state decay via rotation about the exocyclic double bond is rapid in nonpolar solvents and twisting of a single bond allows for fast decay in polar solvents, the barriers for both processes are significant in solvents of intermediate polarity. This effect may also occur in other molecular rotors, and it should be considered when applying such molecules as local mobility probes.  相似文献

固体核磁共振Multiple-CP定量技术可实现对不同体系、 不同定量信息的检测. 然而, Multiple-CP对样品属性的宽容度较低, 其中有关样品属性的核磁共振参数包括氢的自旋晶格弛豫时间(T1,H)、 交叉弛豫时 间(TCH)和自旋锁定场下氢的自旋晶格弛豫时间(T1ρ?H)等. 因而需要系统地掌握Multiple-CP各种实验参数与样品上述特性参数之间的关系, 从而确定Multiple-CP技术可适用的体系范围以及最优的实验参数范围. 基于此, 首先以L-丙氨酸为模型样品, 探讨在Multiple-CP实验中弛豫恢复时间(td)、 交叉极化接触时间(tp)和交叉极化次数(n) 3种实验参数对分子中基团比例测量结果的影响规律. 并以L-缬氨酸、 L-丙氨酸/L-缬氨酸的混合物为模型样品, 探讨样品特性参数的差异性对Multiple-CP实验参数范围的影响. 实验结果表明, tpTCH?T1ρ?H的影响较大. 对于纯净物或均相体系, TCH是影响tp参数设置的关键. 依据实验数据发现, 当样品中各基团TCH差异度小于8%时, 实验对tp的宽容度较高; 对于混合物体系, 需同时考虑混合物中组分?T1ρ?H?差异度的影响. 当组分?T1ρ?H?差异度为32%、 各基团TCH差异度为21%时, Multiple-CP对tp的宽容度高, 可在较宽的参数范围内实现定量检测. 而当TCH差异度较大时, 获取定量结果时tp的参数范围较小, 实验条件较苛刻. Multiple-CP定量方法更适用于TCH?T1ρ?H?差异度较小的样品体系的定量研究. 通过研究样品TCH?T1ρ?H?对实验参数的影响, 总结了Multiple-CP方法所适用的样品体系特征, 为使用Multiple-CP进行定量检测提供可参考的参数设置方案.  相似文献

This work provides mathematical and numerical analyses for a spring–mass system, in which Signorini–type contact conditions and Coulomb’s friction law with thermal effects are taken into consideration. The motion of a mass attached to a viscoelastic (Kelvin–Voigt type) nonlinear spring is described by a generalized Duffing equation. Signorini contact conditions are understood as extended complementarity conditions (CCs), where convolution is incorporated, allowing to consider thermal aspects of an obstacle. We prove the existence of global weak solutions for the highly nonlinear differential equation system with all the conditions, based on the regularized differential equation and the normal compliance condition with the standard mollifier. In addition, we investigate what side effects produce higher singularities of contact forces in dynamic contact problems, which is also supported by numerical evidences. Numerical schemes are proposed and then several groups of data are selected for the display of our numerical simulations.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the large time behavior of the solutions for 1D radiation hydrodynamic limit model without viscosity and its asymptotic stability of the viscous contact discontinuity wave under the smallness assumption of the strength of the contact wave and initial perturbations. The present pressure includes a fourth-order term about the absolute temperature from radiation effect which brings the main difficulty. Furthermore, the dissipative of the system is weaker for the lack of viscosity. All these make the problem more challenging. The prove is mainly based on the energy method, including normal and radial directions energy estimates.  相似文献

A review on the stability analysis of solids in unilateral and frictional contact is given. The presentation is focussed on the stability of an equilibrium position of an elastic solid in frictional contact with a fixed or moving obstacle. The problem of divergence instability and the obtention of a criterion of static stability are discussed first for the case of a fixed obstacle. The possibility of flutter instability is then considered for a steady sliding equilibrium with a moving obstacle. The steady sliding solution is generically unstable by flutter and leads to a dynamic response which can be chaotic or periodic. This dynamic response leads to the generation of stick–slip–separation waves on the contact surface in a similar way as Schallamach waves in statics. Illustrating examples and principal results recently obtained in the literature are reported. Some problems of friction-induced vibration and noise emittence, such as brake squeal for example, can be interpreted in this spirit. To cite this article: Q.S. Nguyen, C. R.
